Coming to Calm Group Live Course

What's involved in the Coming to Calm group live course?

Each week for six weeks, there is a 90-minute group live online session.

 

There is a different focus to each week. You’ll be introduced to:

  • models that help you understand the way you think and behave and

  • various mindful tools to bring a greater sense of calm and enjoyment in what you do.

​

By the end of the course you'll notice:

  • more things that you feel grateful for

  • that you feel less hassled by everyday things and

  • that your relationships improve as you become calmer

​

Group size:

There are no more than four participants on each course. This means there’s lots of opportunity for discussion and asking questions. It also helps to bring a wonderful sense of safety to the sessions.

Cost: £170 (this includes a  handout and set of A5 sized laminated mapping mats)

The next Coming to Calm course takes place on Wednesdays, 9.00 - 10.30am (UK time), starting July 22nd.

The course dates are as follows:​

  • July 22nd, 29th

  • August 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
