Coming to Calm Group Live Course
What's involved in the Coming to Calm group live course?
Each week for six weeks, there is a 90-minute group live online session.
There is a different focus to each week. You’ll be introduced to:
models that help you understand the way you think and behave and
various mindful tools to bring a greater sense of calm and enjoyment in what you do.
By the end of the course:
you’ll notice more things that you feel grateful for
you’ll notice that you feel less hassled by everyday things and
you’ll notice that your relationships improve as you become calmer
Group size is kept small – with no more than four participants on each course.
This means there’s lots of opportunity for discussion and asking questions. It also helps to bring a wonderful sense of safety to the sessions.
Cost: £170 (this includes a handout and set of A5 sized laminated mapping mats)
The next course takes place on Thursdays, 16.00 - 17.30pm (UK time), starting January 11th. The course dates are as follows:
Jan 11th, 18th,25th
Feb 1st, 8th,15th
