Below are recordings of meditations that are taken from the The Listening Space book. Each uses Clean questions to invite you to tune in to different aspects of your experience, which is why I call them "Clean Meditations'.


If you are new to meditation don't worry - there is nothing magical or mystical about this practice.


You are not aiming to clear your mind, but rather notice what is on your mind as you bring the focus of your attention to any particular aspect of your experience.


Every time you notice your mind wanders during a meditation, simply bring your attention back - gently and with kindness - to the aspect of your experience on which you are focussing.
